From the North:
I-95 South to Exit 39A. Exit merges into Rte. 1 South. Get over into left lane asap, and at light proceed down Cherry St. At 3rd lite take left on to Gulf St. Follow Gulf all the way to the water. Boats can be unloaded from vehicles on to Gulf Beach, but vehicles must be moved to parking lot across the street to avoid a ticket.

From the South:
I-95 South to Exit 39A. At bottom of Exit make right onto Rte. 1, and then get immediately get into the left land as the road forks with the left fork becoming Cherry St. Proceed down Cherry St. At 3rd lite take left on to Gulf St. Follow Gulf all the way to the water. Boats can be unloaded from vehicles on to Gulf Beach, but vehicles must be moved to parking lot across the street to avoid a parking ticket.
